COUNTY OF FRESNO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
IN THE MATTER OF INCREASING THE FY 2016-17 )
APPROPRIATIONS AND ESTIMATED REVENUES )
Resolution No. 17-131
IN THE SHERIFF-CORONER ORGANIZATION 3111 ) RESOLUTION
IN THE AMOUNT OF $450.000 )
WHEREAS, the County of Fresno , Sheriff-Coroner Organization 3111 will receive $450,000
from the SHSP Program to fund obligations related to on-going projects; and
WHEREAS, said monies are not included in the FY 2016-17 adopted appropriations and
estimated revenues of the Sheriff-Coroner Organization 3111 ; and
WHEREAS , section 29130 of the Government Code provides for the appropriation of these
funds by a four-fifths vote of the Board of Supervisors;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the Auditor-Controllerrrreasurer-Tax Collector
is authorized to increase the appropriations in the FY 2016-17 Sheriff-Coroner Organization
3111 as follows :
