Contract Number P-13-705-L covering the purchase of Law Enforcement Badges is amended as follows:
The contract with your company expires November 30, 2016 . The County of Fresno desires to extend
this contract for an additional one (1) year effective December 1, 2016 through November 30 , 2017.
Maximum: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
thirty-five thousand dollars ($35,000.00).
Please acknowledge your acceptance by returning all pages of the signed original of this letter to my
office, retaining a copy for your files .
