Subject: Consultant Services Agreement No. 14-668, Consent to Agreement Extension
Consultant Agreement No. 14-668 for Engineering Consultant Services for the Little Dry Creek
Bridges Replacement Project will expire on October 28, 2020 unless it is extended by mutual
consent prior to that date. Article IV, Section A of the Agreement states the Agreement shall end
on the third anniversary of the execution date, unless prior to its expiration its term is extended in
writing, for no more than two additional one-year terms, by mutual consent of the Department of
Public Works and Planning Director or designee and the Consultant.
The Department wishes to extend the Agreement for the second additional one year term. With
your signature, Dewberry | Drake Haglan, Inc. agrees to extend the performance period of
Agreement No. 14-668 until October 28, 2021.
