Contract Number P -16-576-S covering the purchase of ice and rental of ice merchandisers is amended
as follows:
The contract with your company expires September 25, 2020. The County of Fresno desires to extend
this contract for an additional One (1) year period effective September 26, 2020 through September 25,
2021. Prices will be firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and
effect with any contract renewals.
