Hi Laurleen,
The base MOU expires March 27, 2020 but there are two 12-month extension periods, so the MOU is actually effective
through March 27, 2022. Since you have confirmed that you would like the MOU to continue, we will note that the
extension will be used. For FY 21-22, No renewal is necessary until 2022.
This is consistent with information I shared with Monica Singh in July and August regarding the term of the MOU. Please
let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns regarding the MOU. Thank you.
