1 FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT
2 THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT (AGT 12-111/L-289) (hereinafter
3 "FIRST AMENDMENT'} is made and entered into this I l~ day of tk.'&:-,\--
4 2015, by and between ROBERT BERRY HOLDINGS, LLC, 4955 E. Yale Avenue, Fresno, CA
5 93727-1523 (hereinafter "LESSOR") and the COUNTY OF FRESNO, a political subdivision of
6 the State of California, 2220 Tulare Street, 21 sr Floor, Room 2101, Fresno, California 93721-
7 2106, (hereinafter "LESSEE"). LESSOR and LESSEE may, hereinafter, be referred to
8 collectively as "Parties" or individually as "Party".
9 WITNESSETH:
1 0 WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE are Parties to that certain Lease Agreement #12-
11 111/L-289, dated March 6, 2012 ("Lease Agreement") for lease of office space at 2212 N.
12 Winery, Suite 101, Fresno, CA 93703-2896 (the "Premises"); and
13 WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE desire to extend the term of the Lease Agreement
14 and to fix and increase the total rent payable thereunder in light of the extended term.
15 NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of
16 which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
17 1. Section 2. TERM. located on page one (1) of the Lease Agreement is deleted and
18 replaced with 1he follo'Ning~
19 "2. TERM -The term of this LEASE shall commence on May 1, 2012 and
20 will terminate June 30, 2020."
21 2. Section 3. RENT, located on page one of the Lease Agreement is deleted and replaced

"3. RENT -LESSEE agrees to pay rent to LESSOR for the Premises in
advance on or about the first of day of each month beginning May 1, 2015 according to the
following schedule:

The Parties agree that this FIRST AMENDMENT is sufficient to amend the LEASE
AGREEMENT. The LEASE AGREEMENT is hereby amended, ratified and continued. It is the
intent of the Parties that all other provisions of the LEASE AGREEMENT shall remain
unchanged. The Parties agree that, upon execution of this FIRST AMENDMENT, the LEASE
AGREEMENT and this FIRST AMENDMENT shall together be considered the LEASE
AGREEMENT.
