The County of Fresno no longer requires the services provided by the above referenced
agreement with your firm for Auction Services.
Therefore, in accordance with the conditions of said agreement, the County hereby gives the
required advance notice of termination, effective September 16, 2020. Please forward any
outstanding invoices for services provided prior to this termination to the ISD Fleet Services,
