RE: Second One-Year Extension of Agreement No. 16-23 I with the Fresno County Probation
Department to operate an Adult Day Reporting Center
Dear Mr. Schofield,
Agreement No. J 6-231 , which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on May 24, 20 I 6, allowed for
the option of two consecutive twelve-month extensions upon written approval of both parties, authorizing
the Chief Probation Officer to execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
The Fresno County Probation Department would like to extend the Agreement from July I, 2020 through
June 30, 2021 . If you, as the signing authority for B. I. incorporated, would also like the Agreement to be
extended as stated, please sign and date on the lines below , email a scanned copy by May 31, 2020 to
