4. The parties mutually agree to this amendment as follows. All actions noted below are by this reference made a part
of the Agreement and incorporated herein:
A. STD 213, Section 2 is amended to extend the terni two years and shall read as follows:
"The term of this Agreement is February 7, 2014 through December 31, 2017.
B. Exhibit A, Scope of Work, Section 3A is amended and shall read as follows:
A. This Agreement will be deemed to have commenced on the 1st day of March, 2012 regardless of
the dat~ of execution, and shall continue until satisfactory completion of all services described herein
unless otherwise terminated as provided herein. The Agreement shall expire on the 31 81 diwof
December 2017. The parties may amend this Agreement as permitted by law. ·
