If the Contractor does not sign acceptance of this order, his attention is directed to the requirements of the specifications as to proceeding with the ordered work and filing a written protest within the time therein specified. TO: TALLEY OIL INC.: Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for this contract. Because of the change(s), ZERO WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract time. The revised completion date is July 27, 2020. PART I: DECREASE THE QUANTITY OF PART II OF CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 EXTRA WORK Decrease, by one sample, Part II of Contract Change Order No. 1 to reflect the actual testing performed. Part II of Contract Change Order No.1 pay for testing an estimated 10 samples of fog seal asphaltic emulsion at an estimated unit price of $918.50 per sample. This reduction in quantity resulted in a decrease of $918.50. TOTAL COST PART I: A $918.50 DECREASE TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART I: ZERO WORKING DAYS PART II: INCREASE/DECREASE/ELIMINATE ITEMS AT UNIT PRICES: Quantities in the Bid Book are estimates only.
