FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
This First Amendment to Agreement ("First Amendment") is dated September 2,
2015, and is between the COUNTY OF FRESNO, a political subdivision of the State f
California ("COUNTY"), and Title Runners, Inc. whose address is 3083 ~Calle Marip sa,
Santa Barbara, CA 93105, a California Corporation ("CONTRACTOR").
RECITALS
On September 25, 2012, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR entered into an Agree ent for
preparing "Parties of Interest" searches (as "parties of interest" are defined by Reven e &
Taxation Code section 4675), which is identified as COUNTY agreement number 12-93
("Agreement").
COUNTY and CONTRACTOR now desire to amend the Agreement to extend s term
for an additional nine-month period, through June 30, 2016.
The parties therefore agree as follows:
1. Section 3 of the Agreement (on page 2, lines 7 through 12), is deleted i its
entirety and replaced with the following:
"3. TERM
This agreement is effective upon execution and continues in full force a d effect
until June 30, 2016."
2. The second paragraph of section 5 of the Agreement (on page 3, lines 3
through 19), is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
"In no event shall services performed under this Agreement be in exces of one
hundred thirty thousand dollars ($130,000) for each one year period (ending

The parties are executing this First Amendment on the date stated in the intra uctory
clause.
