Subject: Consultant Services Agreement No. 17-643, Consent to First Agreement Extension
Consultant Agreement No. 17-643 for Engineering Consultant Services for the Arroyo Pasajero
Bridge Replacement Project will expire on December 12, 2020 unless it is extended by mutual
consent prior to that date. Article IV, Section A of the Agreement states the Agreement shall end
on the third anniversary of the execution date, unless prior to its expiration its term is extended in
writing, for no more than two additional one-year terms, by mutual consent of the Department of
Public Works and Planning Director or designee and the Consultant.
The Department wishes to extend the Agreement for the first additional one year term. With your
signature, TRC Solutions agrees to extend the performance period of Agreement No. 17-643 until
December 12, 2021.
