To whom it may concern:
The Agreement referenced above, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on September
12, 2017, allowed for the option of two one-year extensions upon written approval of both parties
and authorizes the Director of Internal Services/Chief Information Officer to execute such written
approval on behalf of the County.
I have reviewed the performance of Gartner, Inc. in providing the contracted services and find it
continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to extend the agreement from September 1,
2020 through August 31, 2021. If the signing authority for Gartner would like the agreement to be
extended as stated, please have the signing authority sign and date on the line below and return
this letter by August 15, 2020 to:
