Management __ RE/Arch. __ Design We, the above signed contractor, have given careful consideration to the change proposed and hereby agree, if this proposal is approved, that we will provide all equipment, furnish all materials, except as may otherwise be noted above, and perform all services necessary for the work above specified, and will accept as full payment therefor the prices shown above. If the Contractor does not sign acceptance of this order, his attention is directed to the requirements of the specifications as to proceeding with the ordered work and filing a written protest within the time therein specified. TO: DAWSON-MAULDIN, LLC: Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not shown in the plans and specifications. Because of the change(s), ONE WORKING DAY will be added to the contract time. The revised completion date is November 27, 2020. PART I: REPLACE THE IN THE METER VAULT AT THE DOMESTIC WATER TANK CONNECTION. In accordance with Section 4-Standard Specifications, replace the gate valve, concrete support under the valve and piping necessary to complete the installation. valve will be paid for with Item #19, the remaining work will be paid as extra work at an agreed price of $4,599.35. The agreed lump sum includes payment for all labor, equipment, tools, overhead costs; incidental costs; delay costs if any; and markups for this change. This work caused a delay of one day in the controlling activity of installing the new HDPE water line. One working day will be added.
