Subject: Consultant Services Agreement No. 17-494, Consent to First Agreement Extension
Consultant Agreement No. 17-494 for On-Call Engineering Consultant Services will expire on
September 12, 2020 unless it is extended by mutual consent prior to that date. Article V, Section
A of the Agreement states the Agreement shall end on the third anniversary of the execution date,
unless prior to its expiration its term is extended in writing, for no more than two additional one-
year terms, by mutual consent of the Department of Public Works and Planning Director or
designee and the Consultant.
The Department wishes to extend the Agreement for the first additional one year term. With your
signature, TJKM Transportation Consultants agrees to extend the performance period of
Agreement No. 17-494 until September 12, 2021.
