Contract Number P -16-578-P covering the rental of heavy duty equipment is amended as follows:
The contract with your company expires September 30, 2019. The County of Fresno desires to extend
this contract for an additional one (1) year period effective October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020.
Prices will be firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with
any contract renewals.
Maximum: In no event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of
One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00).

retaining a copy for your files.
