Contract Number P -19-352-O covering medical waste pickup, transport and disposal for the CoVID
Alternative Care Site is amended as follows:
Include services to the CoVID 19 Alternative Care Site - Facilities, Fresno Convention Center Exhibit Hall,
848 M St.,Fresno, CA 93721. The department contact is Manuel Vilanova. This amendment will be
effective July 29, 2020 through the expiration date of the agreement. Amendment provisions shall remain
in full force and effect with any contract renewals.
Maximum: The County of Fresno desires to increase this Agreement in the amount of $20,000.00. In no
event shall services performed and/or fees paid under this Agreement be in excess of One Hundred
Seventeen Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($117,500.00).
