Dear Lynn Sweet:
The Agreement referenced above, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on
June 9, 2020, allowed for the option of three one-year extensions upon written approval
of both parties and authorized the Director of Social Services to execute such written
approval on behalf of the County.
The Department would like to retroactively extend the agreement from July 1 2020
through June 30, 2021. If your agency's leadership would also like the agreement to
be extended as stated, please sign and date on the line below and return this letter by
July 30, 2020 to:
