Dear Mr. Barfield:
The Agreement referenced above, which was approved by the Board of
Supervisors on October 17, 2017, allowed for the option of two one-year
extensions upon written approval of both parties and authorized the Director of
Social Services to execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
The Department is seeking to extend the agreement from July 1 ~ 2020 through
June 30, 2021. If you concur, please sign and date on the following page, scan,
and return via email by March 18, 2020 to:
