Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do the following work not included in the plans
and specifications for this contract. Because of the change(s), ZERO WORKING DAYS will be added to the
contract time.
DEDUCT THE COST OF REPLACING A DAMAGED R1-1, STOP, SIGN
The actual cost of replacing an R1-1, STOP, sign at the south-east corner of Barstow and Rolinda Avenues
damaged by your company truck during the placement of the bituminous seal coats on Barstow Avenue will be
deducted from the next payment. The damaged sign and post were replaced by Department personnel with a
new sign panel and post system, at an actual cost of $208.71.
NET COSTS THIS CHANGE ORDER: A $208.71 DECREASE
NET TIME EXTENSION THIS CHANGE ORDER: ZERO WORKING DAYS
