Dear Ms. Aulisi ,
The Agreement referenced will terminate on September 12, 2020 if the option of a one-year e xtension is
not executed by both parties . The Fresno County Board of Supervisors have authorized the D irector of
Internal Services/Chief Information Officer to execute such approval on behalf of the County.
This letter serves as a request to exercise a one-year extension of the Agreement t hroug h September
12, 2021. As the signing authority for Era cent, Inc., please indicate your willingness to continue with this
Agreement by completing the bottom section of this letter by July 31, 2020 to Brent Fremming at
bfremming@fresnocountyca.gov. Please note , the original signed response does not need to be mailed
to us .
