Dear Mr. Van Anne,
The Agreement referenced above allows for the option of a twelve-month extension
upon written approval of all parties, and authorizes the Director of Social Services to
execute a twelve-month extension not to exceed five years in total.
The County is seeking to extend the agreement from July 1, 2020 through June 30,
2021. If you concur, please sign and date on the following page and return this letter
