The contract with your company expires July 19, 2020. The County of Fresno desires to extend this
contract for an additional One (1) year period effective July 20, 2020 through July 19, 2021. Prices will be
firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any contract
renewals.
