FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT No. 16-009
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT to Agreement No . 16-009 (hereinafter "Amendment") is
made and entered into this 26th day of May , 2020, by and between COUNTY
5 OF FRESNO; a Political Subd ivision of the State of California, (hereinafter "COUNTY"),
6 and ECN Polygraph and Investigations Incorporated, whose address is P.O . Box 438,
7 Selma , California 93662 , (hereinafter "CONTRACTOR").

WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, COUNTY and CONTRACTOR fully executed the Agreement on the
12 th day of January, 2016, pursuant to which CONTRACTOR agreed to perform pre-
employment polygraph services; and
WHEREAS , COUNTY and CONTRACTOR now desire to amend the Agreement, in
order to increase the contract maximum to $375,000. NOW, THEREFORE, for good and
valuable consideration, the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged,
COUNTY and CONTRACTOR agree to amend the Agreement as follows:
1. Section Three (3) (COMPENSATION/INVOICING) Agreement,
located on page Three (3), lines Ten (10) through Thirteen (13) are deleted in their
entirety and replaced with the following:
"In no event shall services performed under this Agreement be in excess of
Three Hundred and Seventy Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents
($375,000) during the entire five year term of this Agreement".
COUNTY and CONTRACTOR agree that this Amendment , is sufficient to amend
the Agreement and, that upon execution of this Amendment, the Agreement and this
Amendment, together shall be considered the Agreement.
