RE: County of Fresno Agreement No . 16-398
The Agreement referenced above, which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on
June 21, 2016, allowed for the option of two one-year extensions upon written approval
of both parties and authorized the Director of Public Works and Planning to execute
such written approval on behalf of the County.
The Auberry Volunteer Fire Department's performance continues to be satisfactory.
Therefore, I would like to execute the second and final Agreement extension. Please
sign below if the Auberry Volunteer Fire Department would like the Agreement to be
extended as stated, and email the signed document to Jennifer Cavalla, Staff Analyst,
at icavalla@fresnocountyca.gov by no later than May 20, 2020.
