Contract Number P -16-511-P covering Real Estate Appraisal Services is amended as follows:
The contract with your company expires May 31, 2020. The County of Fresno desires to extend this
contract for an additional one (1) year period effective June 1, 2020 through May 31, 2021. Prices will be
firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any contract
renewals.
