Contract Number P-19-174-I allows County of Fresno Public Health Department to use commercial-
grade commissary kitchen is amended as follows:
The contract with your company expires April 15, 2020. The County of Fresno desires to extend this
contract for an additional one (1) year period effective April 16, 2020 through April 15, 2021. Prices will
be firm for the contract period. Amendment provisions shall remain in full force and effect with any
contract renewals.
