SUBJECT: County of Fresno One – Year Extension of Agreement # 16-241
Agreement # 16-241, was approved by the Board of Supervisors on May 24, 2016 for
an initial three-year period, with an option for two additional one-year extensions upon
written approval of both parties no later than May 01, 2020 and authorized the Director
of Public Works and Planning or his designee to execute such written approval on
behalf of the County.
I have reviewed the performance of Tetra Tech BAS, Inc. in providing the contracted
services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to extend the
agreement to provide “Federally-required operation and maintenance of the landfill gas
collection and control system (LFGCCS) at American Avenue Disposal Site” one year
starting June 01, 2020 through May 31, 2021. If you are the signing authority for Tetra
Tech BAS, Inc., and would like the agreement to be extended as stated, please check
the appropriate section, sign and date on the line below and return this letter by May 01,
2020 or as soon as possible to:
