SUBJECT: County of Fresno One – Year Extension of Agreement # 17- 148
Dear Mr. Moore,
Agreement 17-148 was made effective April 25, 2017, for an initial three-year period,
with an option for two additional one-year extensions upon written approval of both
parties and authorized the Director of Public Works and Planning or his designee to
execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
I have reviewed the performance of Tetra Tech BAS in providing the contracted
services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to extend
Agreement 17-148 from 04/25/2020 through 04/24/2021. If you are the signing authority
for Tetra Tech BAS and would like the agreement to be extended as stated, please sign
and date on the line below and return this letter by 03/25/2020 or as soon as possible
