SUBJECT: County of Fresno One – Year Extension of Agreement # 17- 141
Dear Mr. Yacyshyn,
Agreement 17-141 was made effective April 25, 2017, for an initial three-year period,
with an option for two additional one-year extensions upon written approval of both
parties and authorized the Director of Public Works and Planning or his designee to
execute such written approval on behalf of the County.
I have reviewed the performance of Geo-Logic Associates in providing the contracted
services and find it continues to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to extend
Agreement 17-141 from 04/25/2020 through 04/24/2021. If you are the signing authority
for Geo-Logic Associates, and would like the agreement to be extended as stated,
please sign and date on the line below and return this letter by 03/25/2020 or as soon
as possible to:
