TOTAL COST PART I: $63,629.24 DECREASE TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART I: ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS PART II: REPLACE A TWO-INCH WATER METER - EXTRA WORK This extra work was requested by the engineer. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, replace the two-inch water meter in WWD 41 F (Clubhouse Common Lot 2#150). Perform all work according to the Standard Specifications, Special Provisions, and/or manufacturer's recommendation, as directed by the engineer. Compensation for this work will be made as extra work at Force Account according to Section 9-1.03, "Payment Scope," of the Special Provisions. Total compensation for this work resulted in a $623.28 increase. This amount will be paid through Bid Item No.1, Supplemental Work Allowance, with no net increase to the contract. This extra work did not impact the critical path for the project, so granting additional contract time was not warranted. TOTAL COST PART II: $0.00 (PAID IN BID ITEM NO. 1) TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART II: ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS PART III: SUSPENSION OF CONTRACT This suspension was requested by the contractor. Suspend the contract due to unsuitable weather conditions in the Shaver Lake area. This contract suspension is being made according to Section 8-1.06, "Suspensions," of the Special Provisions. The first day of the suspension of contract was March 24, 2025, and the suspension ended June 16, 2025. A total of 58-working days were granted to the allotted contract time.
