1 FIRST AMENDMENT TO
MASTER DUAL JURISDICTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT

This First Amendment to the Master Dual Jurisdiction Cooperative Agreement

4 (Cooperative Agreement) is made and entered into this 9th day of
5 December , 2025, by and between the City of Reedley, a California municipal
6 corporation (City), and the County of Fresno, a political subdivision of the State of
7
California (County) (collectively, the Parties) with respect to Projects performed
8
9 cooperatively by the Parties.
10 RECITALS -

WHEREAS, the Parties entered into the Cooperative Agreement on January 7,
12
13 2020; and
14 WHEREAS, the term of the Cooperative Agreement expires December 31, 2025,
15 and allows for the term of the Cooperative Agreement to be extended by mutual
16
agreement of the Parties; and
17
18 WHEREAS, the Parties desire to extend the term of the Cooperative Agreement
19 to December 31, 2030.
20 NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual agreement, the City and
21 County agree as follows:

AGREEMENT

24 1. The term of the Cooperative Agreement shall be extended through December 31,
25 2030.
26 2. Except as otherwise provided herein, all other terms and conditions contained in
27 the Cooperative Agreement are unaffected by this First Amendment and shall
28
remain in full force and effect.
