1. COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT HSR13-54 BETWEEN CALIFORNIA HIGH-SPEED RAIL AUTHORITY AND COUNTY OF
FRESNO is amended to add $3,700,000.00 and shall read as follows:
"The maximum amount of this Agreement after this Amendment is $3,700,000.00;Three Million, Seven Hundred Thousand
Dollars and Zero Cents"
Afi other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
