Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for
this contract. Because of the chon0e/oJ. will be added bz the contract time.
REVISE PROJECT PLANS
This change was requested by the engineer.
In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, replace Plan
Sheets 13, 14' 15' 10, 17, 33' 34. and 35 with the previously provided Plan Sheets 13A, 14A, 15A, 10A.17A,
33A, 34A, and 35A. These revisions realign the roadway slightly to the south between Sta. 79+00 and Sta.
87+70. This change affects the below listed bid items. The compensation adjustment for the increased or
decreased quantities will be made at the unit bid prices according to Section 9-1.03, "Payment Scope," of the
Standard Specifications and Special Provisions.
