Re: Termination of Agreement#23-329 for Pistoresi Ambulance Service
Dear Mr. Valeri:
American Ambulance is currently a provider for the County of Fresno Department of Public Health
(DPH) for Agreement#23-329 regarding the provision of dispatch services for Pistoresi Ambulance
Service. Pursuant to a request from Pistoresi to discontinue services starting November 15, 2025, as
they will no longer be providing ambulance services, the County of Fresno and American Ambulance
hereby voluntary terminate Agreement#23-329, effective November 15, 2025, without cause. DPH,
Emergency Services Division will accept this voluntary termination of the Agreement. Please sign below
where indicated to confirm American Ambulances' voluntary termination of the Agreement.
All payments for services provided under this Agreement will be paid out by DPH through November
14, 2025, prior to termination of this Agreement. Should you have any further questions, please contact
