Mr. Lynch,
The purpose of this letter is to notify you that we are terminating our agreement for dispatch
services with Fresno County, effective at 00:01 hours on November 15, 2025. This termination
of dispatch services is due to our decision to close our business and no longer provide
ambulance services.
We appreciate the work and commitment that the Fresno County EMS Communications Center
has provided to our company and to the County of Madera.
