Re: Termination of Agreement
Dear Director,
Since 2022, the Marjaree Mason Center and the Department of Public Health have
partnered to provide Maternal Health services to pregnant clients experiencing
domestic violence in Fresno County. These coordinated services have been supported
by a grant funded by the Anthem Foundation. Our existing contract to collaborate on
these services will expire in June 2026, however, funding for this project will end on
December 31, 2025.
This letter serves as formal notice that the Marjaree Mason Center intends to terminate
the Maternal Health contract for collaborative services through the Maternal Health
Program on December 31, 2025, in order to align with the anticipated end of funding.
At this time, we have not identified or secured any additional funding that would allow
us to sustain these services.
Please let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to working together
again in the future.
