RE: One-Year Extension of Agreement P-22-603
Dear Amara,
Agreement P-22-603 (the "Agreement") between Equifax Workforce Solutions ("EWS")
and the County of Fresno, to provide unemployment insurance cost management and
employment verification services for current and former County employees, was
approved by the County of Fresno Purchasing Manager and made effective on effective
November 1, 2022.
The Agreement allows for up to two (2) successive one (1) year extensions "upon Client
(the County) providing EWS with written notice of the intent to renew at least thirty (30)
days prior to the end of the then current term."
I have reviewed the performance of EWS in providing the contracted services and find it
to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to exercise the first one-year extension of the
Agreement from November 1, 2025, through and including October 31, 2026.
If you, as the signing authority for Equifax Workforce Solutions, wish to extend the
Agreement as stated, please sign and date on the line below and return this letter by
October 31, 2025 to the following address:
