Re: Contract Year Two (2025-2026)for the Services Agreement for Comprehensive Medical and
Behavioral Health Care Services for Detained Youths
Greetings Mr. Hill:
California Forensic Medical Group (CFMG) is pleased to be the provider of health care services for the
youths housed at the Juvenile Justice Campus and we look forward to continuing our partnership with
Fresno County.
Contract Year Two Annual Compensation Adjustment
Per Article 5 of our Agreement, year two of the initial three-year term of our contact will begin July 1,
2025,through June 30, 2026.
As outlined in Article 4.1,The annual maximum compensation for the period of July 1, 2025 through
June 30, 2026 shall increase by a percentage equal to a minimum of 3.5%or the National Consumer
Price Index, not to exceed 5%.The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics recently published the nationwide
index, the U.S. City Average for All Items, at 3.0%for January 2025.
Therefore, application of the 3.5%contractual minimum revises the current annual compensation
amount from $4,010,175 to$4,150,531.13, or$345,877.59 monthly, beginning July 1, 2025, through
June 30, 2026.
No further action is required from the County, as the adjustment will automatically take effect on July 1,
2025, in accordance with our Agreement.All other terms of the current Agreement, including any
changes detailed above, shall remain in full force and effect.
