NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF
FRESNO, whose address is Room 301, Hall of Records, 2281 Tulare Street, Fresno, CA
93721, as the governing body of the owner,the COUNTY OF FRESNO, awarded a contract
to, Yarbs Grading and Paving, Inc., 11339 South Peach Avenue, Fresno, CA 93725,
Contract No. 24-27-M, for doing the following work to:
LINCOLN AVENUE OVERLAY
FIG AVENUE TO CEDAR AVENUE
In the County of Fresno, all in the State of California, that said contract was completed on
September 18, 2025, by said contractor and accepted by the County of Fresno on October
17, 2025. The title interest of the County of Fresno in the real property where the work has
been performed is either a fee title or an easement.
