HomeMy WebLinkAbout2305C CCO 01.pdf COUNTY OF FRESNO CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER WATERWORKS DISTRICT 41 SHAVER LAKE CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 HYDROPNEUMATIC TANK REPLACEMENT OCTOBER 16, 2025 CONTRACT NO. 23-05-C PAGE 1 OF 2 TO: SHAVER LAKE CONSTRUCTION, INC.: Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for this contract. Because of the change(s), 222 -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract time for the First Order of Work. The revised completion date is November 4, 2024, for the First Order of Work. 17 -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract time for the Second Order of Work. The revised completion date is July 11, 2025, for the Second Order of Work. PART I: INSTALL ANCHOR BOLTS RE-DESIGN— EXTRA WORK This change was requested by the engineer. In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, install the re- design of the hydropneumatic tank anchor bolts. Perform all work according to the applicable sections of the Special Provisions and/or Standard Specifications, as directed by the Resident Engineer. Payment for this work will be made at agreed lumpsum amount of$873.79according to Section 9-1.03, "Payment Scope," of the Special Provisions. This agreed price includes all materials, labor, equipment, and markups and profits, no additional compensation will be made thereafter. This amount will be paid through Bid Item No. 1, Supplemental Work with no net increase to the contract amount. A time extension of 17-working days will be added to the "Second Order of Work" for the above referenced extra work, in accordance with Section 8-1.07B, "Time Adjustments," of the Special Provisions. TOTAL COST PART I: $0.00 (PAID IN BID ITEM NO. 1) TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART I: 17 -WORKING DAYS (SECOND ORDER OF WORK) PART II: GRANT A TIME EXTENSION (FIRST ORDER OF WORK) This time extension was requested by the contractor. Grant a time extension of 222-working days to the "First Order of Work" due to the additional time required for the submittals process and long-lead items. This time extension is being granted according to Section 8-1.07B, "Time Adjustments," of the Special Provisions. TOTAL COST PART II: $0.00 (NO COST) TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART IL 222 -WORKING DAYS (FIRST ORDER OR WORK) PART III: DECREASE ITEMS AT UNIT PRICES Item quantities in the Bid Book and subsequent change orders are estimates only.
