Recommend proceeding on a Time and Material basis to also include OSB "board up"
of the three broke windows following same or equal based solution attached.
Note: Construction adhesive product data information will need review to verify
compatibility with recommended copper napthenate treatment.
Repair scope should include:
• Removal of damaged drywall.
• Replacement of dryrot damaged 2x6 purlin and blocking.
• Replacement of damaged or missing R-19 batt insulation, properly supported.
• Glulam beam repair per accepted shop drawing.
• Coordination with County staff to document time and materials required to
complete.

WORK PERFORMED TODAY:
Absolute Urethane showed to complete detail work in area three today. Crew will come back on Thursday to start the last quarter of the roof
structure. Strausser Const.showed to cont.mechanical curb framing in the last quarter. Crew also started the repair of the Glu-Lam beam as
per detailed repair. We did not find any dryrot below an inch and a half. Beam was treated with preservative and left to dry until tomorrow.
Saleh Painting showed to cont.exterior wall painting of concrete panels. Crew has started the south side for masking and primer installation.

Absolute Urethane showed to cont.new roof installation. Crews were installing the mechanical walkway material along platforms in areas of
completed roofing. Crew also installed parapet sheet metal caps along west side walls,not complete. Strausser Const.cont.rough framing of
mechanical platforms and other misc.items to prepare for roof inspection tomorrow. ECI Mechanical showed to mount remaining metal platforms
in the last quarter area. Saleh Painting cont.painting of the south side with a primer coat on almost half of the side.
Strausser Const.also completed the dry-rot repair of a Glu-Lam beam today while Dan Mather and myself watched the attachment to complete
the repair.

Absolute Urethane showed to cont.installing walking path materials as per plan. Crew also worked on detail work on completed roofing areas.
Crew also cont.installation of parapet cap flashing on high roof areas. Strausser Const.showed to complete all rough framing of the complete
roof structure. All misc.items have been completed and ready for todays inspection by Fresno County. Crew also completed the broken
windows repair on the south side of the building. Fresno Plumbing showed to complete the new roof drain installation. All new drains have
been installed and pressure tested for pipe only. We did receive an inspection today for the ponding test at the roof drains in area three by
Fresno County. An inspection was also received for the remaining roof nail and curb attachment in the fourth quarter area.Roof structure is complete for inspec
