The above-referenced agreement is scheduled to expire on October 16, 2025. As the County is not
renewing Agreement No. P-22-445, nor executing a new agreement with Quinn Company for these
services, this letter serves as notice of the upcoming expiration.

5938. If not, scheduled services and any additional work must terminate October 16, 2025.
