The attached includes all sub and Berg costs for this study. Material cost changes are automatically uploaded once a week to ensure current market pricing is utilized. • Submitted cost is valid for 30 days;after 30 days costs may be subject to change and will be revised as necessary. • The estimated material quantities are input into estimating software to establish the material costs and labor hours. Material pricing has been adjusted to incorporate just-in-time deliveries due to storage and handling limitations presented by the building site, crane/pick deliver requirements, and the lack of material storage available on site. Basic material pricing is tracked via TradeService material pricing software and labor hours are quantified through Accubid estimating software which references the current year's NECA manual of labor units. Large equipment and/or major system changes are forwarded to the respective vendor or manufacturer and a revised bill of material with associated pricing is reissued. • The above interpretation of the change in our scope of work is based solely on the documents as noted above. Any additional electrical work necessitated by revisions to the architectural, structural, mechanical, documents and drawings of this change if any,and not specifically noted on the aforementioned documents are expressly excluded from the above listed interpretation. Frankly the sprinklers are far worse than the trim.At the next 5-year inspection they will most likely fail as a result and require changing anyway.Would be far cheaper to do it during the construction phase than when the facility is up and running. In Addition,OSFM states that when a sprinkler is removed for any reason it cannot be re-installed.All of the existing heads will be subject to this as all heads require removal to replace the sprinkler trim.
