Make the following change(s) to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for
this contract. Because of the proposed change, ZERO (0) -WORKING DAYS will be granted to the allotted
contract time. The revised date of completion for the contract is July 22, 2025.
PART I: DECREASE ITEMS AT UNIT PRICES:
Item quantities in the Bid Book and subsequent change orders are estimates only. This part adjusts item
quantities to the actual quantities used.

PART II: SUSPENSION OF CONTRACT
This change was requested by the engineer.
Continue to suspend the contract until the roadway preservation treatment for Location No. 6, Elm
Avenue is complete (anticipated completion in July 2025), and the location may be striped thereafter.
This contract suspension is being made according to Section 8-1.06, "Suspensions," of the Special
Provisions. The first day of the suspension of contract was July 29, 2024, and it will run through July 10,
2025. This extended the project completion to July 22, 2025.
