Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for
this contract. Because of the change(s), will be added to the contract time.
PARTU; REVISE PROJECT PLANS(ADD ROAD SIGNS I0SELMA)
This change was requested by the engineer.
In accordance with Section 4-1.05, 'Changes and Extra Work,"of the Standard Specifications,replace Plan
Sheets 103. 184. and 185A With the attached revised Plan Sheets 1O2A. 1U4A. and 1O5B.The revisions
included in these revised plan sheets adds e total of four(4) RG-1(R/L)and RG'2(F)roadside signs odPark
Street, McCall Avenue, and Second Street. Perform all work according to the applicable sections of the
Standard Specifications, Special Provisions and/or City of Selma Standards. Compensation for the additional
roadside signs will be made at the unit bid price of$370/each through Bid Item No. 75, Roadside Sign, in
accordance with Section 9-1.03,"Payment Scope,"of the Special Provisions.

In accordance with Section 4-1.05,"Changes and Extra Work,"of the Standard Specifications, replace the
damaged pole"A"at the northwest comer of San Antonio Dr and Golden State Blvd intersection,as extra work.

Perform all work according to the applicable sections of the Standard Specffications and/or Special Provisions.
Compensation for this work will be made at an agreed lumpsum price of$8,884, in accordance with Section 9-
1.03, "Payment Scope,"of the Special Provisions. This amount will be paid as extra work.
This extra work did not impact the critical path for the project,therefore, granting additional contract time was
not warranted.

TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART 11: ZERO(0)-WORKING DAYS
PART III: MOW VEGETATION IN THE SHOULDERS AND MEDIAN AREAS THROUGHOUT PROJECT
LIMITS—EXTRA WORK
This extra work was requested by the engineer.
In accordance with Section 4-1.05,"Changes and Extra Work,"of the Standard Specifications,mow
weeds in the shoulders and median areas throughout the project site as directed by the engineer.
Perform all work in accordance with Section 20-1.03C, "Roadside Clearing,"of the Standard
Specifications. Compensation for this work will be made at force account according to Section 9-1.03,
"Payment Scope,"of the Special Provisions.Total compensation for this work resulted in$22,793.31,
this amount will be paid as extra work.
This extra work did not impact the critical path for the project,therefore, granting additional contract time was
not warranted.
TOTAL COST PART 111: $22,793.31 INCREASE
TOTAL TIME EXTENSION PART[I[: ZERO(0)-WORKING DAYS
PART IV: REVISE PROJECT PLANS(REPLACE SERVICE PEDESTAL AT ADAMS AVENUE
INTERSECTION)
This change was requested by the engineer.
In accordance with Section 4-1.05,"Changes and Extra Work,"of the Standard Specifications, replace Plan
Sheets 110 and 117 with the attached revised Plan Sheets 11 OA and I 17A.The revisions included in these
revised plan sheets replace the existing service pedestal with an updated service pedestal(TESCO)with
additional slots to splice streetlights into the service at Adams Avenue intersection. Perform all work according
to the applicable sections of the Standard Specifications and/or Special Provisions. Compensation for this work
will be made at an agreed lumpsum price of$12,281, in accordance with Section 9-1.03,"Payment Scope,"of
the Special Provisions. This amount will be paid as extra work.
