Make the following changes to the plans and specifications or do work not in the plans and specifications for
this contract. Because of the change(s), 26 -WORKING DAYS will be added to the contract time.
PART I: INCREASE ITEMS AT UNIT BID PRICES
This change was proposed by the engineer.
In accordance with Section 4-1.05, "Changes and Extra Work," of the Standard Specifications, increase
items at the unit bid prices. These bid items are being adjusted per the actual field placement.

PART 2: GRANT A TIME EXTENSION
This time extension was requested by the contractor.
Grant a time extension of 26-working days according to Section 8-1.07B, "Time Adjustments," of the
Special Provisions due to the delays caused by the County of Fresno ordering and receiving the
additional encoders and endpoints to complete the scheduled work.
