Dear Thomas Campagne,
Agreement No. P-22-412, which was approved on September 12, 2022, allowed for the
option of two one-year extensions upon mutual consent of all parties.
I have reviewed the performance of The Law Firm of Campagne& Campagne in providing
the contracted services and find it satisfactory. Therefore, I wish to extend the agreement
from September 29, 2025, through September 28, 2026. If you, as the signing authority,
wish to extend the agreement as stated, please sign and date on the line below and return
this letter by August 15, 2025 to the following address:
