RE: Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Rates
Dear Krystin Sommer,
The County of Fresno, through its Department of Behavioral Health (Department) has
executed Agreement No. 25-273 which was approved by the Board of Supervisors on June 24,
2025, for the provision of Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital services to Fresno County persons served
eligible for such services under the Medi-Cal program.
Pursuant to Article 13.1(B), "Modification" of Agreement No. A-25-273, County's Behavioral Health
Director or designee is authorized to modify the rate under limited circumstances.
The Department has modified Exhibit C — Attachment A "Contractor Scope of Work and Rates" to
reflect your updated rates for Fiscal Year 2025-26, effective retroactive to July 1, 2025.
This matches the negotiated rate between your facility and host county following Cal. Code Regs.
tit. 9 § 1820.110. Enclosed please find Revised Exhibit C — Attachment A. If you, as the signing
authority for BHC Heritage Oaks Hospital, Inc., accept the Revised Exhibit C-Attachment A, please
sign and date below.
