I have reviewed the performance of Community Justice Center, in providing restorative justice mediation services to youthful offenders, and found it to be satisfactory. Therefore, I would like to utilize the one-month extension of Purchasing Agreement No. 25-328 from September 1, 2025 through September 30, 2025.
